on the day

We look forward to seeing you at our UK wedding reception on 2 August 2025, the first anniversary of our ceremony in Poland. Please arrive from 1:30pm as the reception will begin in the Atrium at Whitbourne Hall at 2pm.2pm - Reception followed by canapés and refreshments on the Terrace Lawn
4pm - Wedding breakfast in the Drawing Room
6pm - Bar open (cash or card accepted)
8pm - Evening foodThe dress code for the day is formal, morning dress optional.

Overnight

There are several local bed and breakfast options, please let us know if you would like assistance in arranging a place to stay nearby.However, we have plenty of space in the grounds for anybody who wishes to camp overnight. Hot showers and facilities will be available!

The day after

All guests are invited to return to the Hall on Sunday morning for breakfast and lawn games.

How to find us

Please use the correct driveway

Please do not arrive via Crumplebury Farm or Longlands Farm as we do not have right of way.For satnav/Google Maps, use postcode WR6 5SS as this usually avoids the farm roads.

From Worcester, follow the A44 past Knightwick.Turn right at the sign for Whitbourne, past a bright white house and over a stone bridge.Turn left at Whitbourne Village Hall, signposted for Tedstone Delamere. There is a shortcut halfway to the Village Hall, but it's a narrow lane.Follow the road out of the village (heading west) until you reach the curved stone wall marking the entrance to Whitbourne Hall, just before the red brick lodge with a staircase and a red door.

Parking

General parking is available in a grassy field, a short walk from the Hall, and limited mobility parking is available immediately adjacent to the building. Please follow the signs when you arrive.
